The hotel rooms have large windows. These windows provide nice views over the city. The bed in my room was comfortable. The hotel offers a token system, a good touch.
I found that hardly any of the staff could understand English. The rooftop restaurant offered food at very high prices. The quality of the food did not reflect the price. The gym should operate 24 hours.

the location was alright, easy enough to get around.
The restaurant was a letdown. The food quality didn't match expectations. it seemed like they were rushing to close, and my pasta was cold. also, i was surprised there wasn't a proper bar. Only beer and wine were available at the pool bar.

the facilities were excellent , and breakfast was a good start to each day.
i stayed several nights at this supposed five-star hotel , and i left feeling more knackered than when i arrived. the main culprit? a totally overlooked detail, the room door handles meant i couldn't close the door without it slamming. every single time it sounded like a bomb was going off. silence is essential, especially after dealing with the usual tourist nonsense, but i was woken up at all hours. the filter clearly hadn't been cleaned recently.

The hotel was very clean and well-decorated. I liked the beautiful views from my room. The rooftop pool was excellent with a lot of heat and many sunbeds available, it provided welcome relief from the daytime temperature! Service was efficient and friendly.
The gym equipment seemed a bit basic. It would have been nice to have a wider range of machines to choose from for a more varied workout.

The rooftop infinity pool provided great city views. i enjoyed the hotel restaurant on the rooftop, as it offered delicious food and excellent views. i found the spa treatment to be particularly good. It lasted 90 minutes and was among the best i have experienced.
the check-in process took a long time, and i was not offered a welcome drink upon arrival.

my room was spacious, clean, and well-designed! the bed felt huge, and i loved the awesome bathroom. the swimming pool is great, and the game room really was a hit with my kids. the staff always smiled and gave us popcorn!
The hotel felt too busy. I had to wait twenty minutes to get a table for breakfast and another twenty for eggs! it seemed like a cattle market.
